2024 Davinci resolve grab still greyed out

In your case, it's happening because you selected BMD video in the gamma field; raw gamma settings are no longer available with that choice. You're not using either RCM or ACEs. I may not be wording exactly right but Blackmagic greyed out the iso because it is treated so differently between camera companies and it’s difficult to get them all in line with one control system.
